Not satisfied with being a beer janitor? You're in luck. There are plenty of opportunities to become a head brewer, or even a master brewer, but you might need to be flexible about where you live and your openness to moving. Most brewing operations aren't very big, personnel-wise, so it won't always be easy to move up the ranks at the same brewery you started at.
What's more likely is you'll have to travel around, gaining experience in different places while you climb the ladder to beer brewing mastery.
