How It All Goes Down
- In Warsaw, Kat meets up with Abiram Stein, who is an art expert. He also knew Kat's deceased mother. Before she died, of course.
- Kat shows him the security cam footage of the stolen paintings, and Stein identifies the paintings.
- He confirms that the paintings were, indeed, stolen. Not just stolen, but "traded for terrible favors in terrible times." (14.79) Yikes, like what? Tickets to a Ke$ha www.keshasparty.com/ concert?
- Stein doesn't elaborate, but he drops another bombshell: the Henley, a prestigious art museum, was robbed too. And the police are looking for the following suspect in this burglary: Visily Romani. Who else?
