Character Analysis
Flo is the floor manager at the Welcome Stairways diner. She's warm, friendly, and kind, and she makes a good impression on Addie when they meet for the first time (which is no easy feat). Flo is the first one to reach out to Lou Ellen and encourages the young mother to accept everyone's help with Anastasia. Flo's also the only one who is isn't surprised when G.T. asks Addie out on a date. She's noticed that the two share a love of food, hard work, and each other's company.
