Character Analysis
Although Jillian seems more comfortable interacting with her computer than with humans, she reads people very well and genuinely cares about a select few. She's the one who notices the spark between Hope and Braverman and encourages Hope to embrace it rather than snuff it out with a fire hose. Even though Hope gets all weirded out just thinking about dating a co-worker, Jillian continues to sing Braverman's praises until Hope reconsiders. If it weren't for Jillian's powers of observation and persuasion, Hope might have missed out on having the best boyfriend ever.
