A Worthless Treaty
- Letitia has kept James Brown out of her head for a while, but now he's playing on repeat. She sees a couple kids making up dance moves, and she wonders why the song "Get Up Get Involved" is stuck in her head. (We could tell her, but we're not sure she'd listen.)
- Lost in the thousands of students at the school, Leticia makes it to Mr. Yerkewicz's class. She remembers that last year, as a freshman, she was collecting something for the office and found Mr. Yerkewicz passed out in front of his class.
- So what did Leticia do? She called Bea, who told her in no uncertain terms to do something—but Leticia didn't, and instead a different person ran to get help while Leticia narrated the scene to Bea.
- Finally, as Mr. Yerkewicz was getting CPR, the principal ripped Leticia's cell phone from her hands and didn't return it until after school.
- Now, in class, Yerkewicz, who has made a mostly full recovery, talks about the Treaty of Versailles. He calls it the worthless treaty and says the French didn't stand a chance.
