Imaginary or Not
- Leticia walks into class late and gives her pass to Mr. Walsh, then slowly walks to her desk just to annoy him.
- In Literature, Leticia is annoyed because she has to read A Separate Peace, which she can't relate to at all. But even though she hates it, she actually reads the book because she doesn't want to have to repeat another class in zero period.
- Leticia reads her books without damaging them because she wants to return them when she's done with them.
- In class, Walsh wants to get a discussion going about the last lines of the book, so Leticia throws him a bone and says that Maginot Lines are imaginary or real lines, depending on the point of view.
- It's not right, but Mr. Walsh is willing to work with it to go where he wants to go.
- So Leticia sits back, judges other students, and lets Mr. Walsh tell the class what it means.
