- Yoga Janet leaves, and Piper discovers the joy of doing yoga with Rodney all by herself in front of the VCR.
- Martha finally gets sentenced somewhere else, so new women flood in, including two women named Bianca and Lump-Lump (is that on her birth certificate?).
- One officer quits after rumors spread that he's having a relationship with a prisoner.
- They get a new warden, Piper helps Pennsatucky write a letter to her judge, Piper gives Pop a foot rub, and her in-laws visit… without Larry. Then they watch baseball and sing about Johnny Damon (who is now forty and sad). Prison life doesn't sound too bad.
