War Zone
- Nikki is the kind of person who doesn't let others off the hook easily, and so of course she decides to make life absolutely miserable for Aunt Bobbie and Matthew.
- She screams and plays music loudly all day and night; she invites all sorts of men over late at night and they party until the police come by.
- The renters on the first floor and the neighbors complain constantly because she is completely out of control. After breaking one of her windows, Nikki covers it up with wood covered with curse words.
- The renters eventually move out and Aunt Bobbie is completely unable to find new tenants. It's pretty terrible, but Matthew is just glad that he's not living with Nikki anymore.
