Caroline

To be fair to Caroline, she isn't a bad person at all. She's only an antagonist because she's anti- our protagonist, causing her agony. Caroline has a voluptuous body, which Sam wishes she herself had. And Caroline also has Jake, which Sam also wishes she had.

In many stories, the antagonist gets her comeuppance at the end, but because Caroline isn't bad she isn't punished—at least not according to the rules of Sixteen Candles. We can't forget the fact that she gets date-raped.
