Outcaste
- Gandhi's fellow caste members believe he shouldn't go to England because they fear he'll violate their religion by eating and drinking like a European…and even just by sailing abroad there in the first place.
- Gandhi tries to reason with them, but to no avail. They kick him out of the caste.
- Gandhi leaves for England all the same.
