Exactly how steamy is this story?

For an epic love story, Midwinterblood is pretty light on the sexy times. The hottest thing that happens is when Eric imagines his lips brushing up against Merle's neck. So scandalous. Sure, there's some other kissing in other stories and even some skinny-dipping, but it's nothing that your average high-schooler can't handle. All in all, this romance is pretty darn vanilla.
