As we discussed, Eddie's a complicated hero. Judge Doom? Not so complicated. Didn't you see the last name: Doom? Noun: death and destruction.

Judge Doom wants to destroy an entire town and an entire group of living beings just to build a freeway. That's pretty dang evil. Doom's revealed to be a little more complicated when we learn he's actually a Toon…but not too much. Doom's still willing to sell out his own people for personal gain.
