Tools Of The Trade
Wetsuit. Hypothermia is no fun, no matter what everyone says. Get yourself covered in warming latex and feel like a seal.
Goggles. Keep the water out of your eyes and look like a steampunk superhero. Win the triathlon, then defeat Professor Arkadius over Victorian London.
Swimsuit. This is really just common courtesy.
Swimming cap. Your long and luxurious locks might be the source of your incredible strength, but they will only slow you down.
Bike. It's kind of important. Either get a bike or the running section becomes really long.
Cycling shorts. These are for training. On the day of, you'll be in the wetsuit. Bet you can't wait now.
Clip-less pedals/cycling shoes. These are vital for serious cyclists and they turn you into a half-human half-bicycle monster.
Helmet. It's either that or brain damage. You pick.
Running shoes. Really, you should have these anyway.
Sports bra. Not everyone needs this, but you'll know if you do.
