El Capitan (Flutter)
- Outside of the Dome is an absolute wasteland: buildings are still burning and there are dead bodies everywhere.
- Pressia wants to go inside the Dome alone, but Bradwell and El Capitan aren't exactly on board with that plan.
- They decide to check for the medical outposts El Capitan set up before they left, even though El Capitan knows they won't be there.
- He just wants to stall Pressia from leaving.
