Susana San Juan Timeline and Summary

This little lady causes all the problems, even if she doesn't mean to. Her big mistake is buddying up with Pedro Páramo when they were both children. When she moves away from Comala with her dad as a child, Pedro Páramo never forgets her, and spends the rest of his life searching for her.
After her mother dies, she and her father end up living near some abandoned mines, where he makes her go down searching for coins. All she finds are human bones, though, which is pretty frightening for a little girl and makes her just a little bit angry with her dad.
She marries someone named Florencio, but he dies and she goes back to live with her dad. He tells her they're heading back to Comala, because Pedro Páramo has promised him a house and ranch in exchange for his daughter's hand in marriage.
Susana marries Pedro Páramo, who then has her father killed (nice wedding present, Pedro!) and she basically spends her life in bed, thrashing around and yelling at her maid.
Susana finally dies, and her loss is what inspires Pedro to curse the town to starvation and death. She's a powerful lady, without even knowing it.
