Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging Love Quotes

How we cite our quotes: (Chapter.Paragraph)

Quote #4

Outside the Odeon Robbie was waiting. My heart went all wobbly, he looked so cool. Why wasn't he mine? (9.865)

We aren't doctors, but this looks like an old-fashioned case of lovesickness, complete with a "wobbly" heart and terrible yearning. Do you think Georgia's insecurity is a factor in her Robbie worship? He's just "so cool," after all.

Quote #5

What an unbelievably BRILLIANT night. Double cool with knobs. Robbie KISSED me. The Sex God has landed. (11.1010)

We pretty much had to include a quote in which Georgia refers to Robbie as "Sex God," and this moment when our main girl finally gets her man seems like the perfect example. We're pretty sure Georgia is half a diary entry away from starting to plan their wedding, but we're not so confident Robbie shares her full enthusiasm since he's been such a tough sell up until this point.

Quote #6

Robbie said, "Well, I'm glad, but it's not that. I've just been meaning to give you this." Then he kissed me!!! I went completely jelloid—it was like being part girl, part jellyfish. It was megabrillant. Twenty out of ten-type kissing. I got all that stuff you're supposed to have—fireworks wooshing in your head, bands playing, sea crashing in and out… I don't know how long it went on for, I was faint. (11.1014)

Georgia has waited so long for this moment, and when it finally arrives, it (fortunately) doesn't disappoint. Phew.
