- Nico, Will, and the others make it to the first onager, where Nico has an idea: alter their trajectories so that they fire at each other. Brilliant.
- On their way to the next onager, they have to fight off some monsters.
- Nico summons skeletons to help, and Will chastises him for using Underworld magic.
- He gives him "medicinal" (46.40) gum to heal himself. Who knew medicinal gum was legal at Camp Half-Blood?
- Before they can continue sabotaging, they get caught…by Octavian himself.
