Susan San Juan

Susana San Juan is Pedro Páramo's romantic interest, and she seems to be the reason for everything he does in the novel. He is obsessed with bringing her back to Comala after her family moves away, and, once he has her, spends his time watching her suffer in bed, thinking about their childhood.
