- Nina again gives us some info about what happened while she was dead during the day, piecing together things that other people told her after the fact.
- Reuben crashes outside the room where Barry's locked up, so he hears Barry's cell phone go off in the morning—it's that Forrest Darwell guy, touching base since he just flew into Australia.
- Reuben pretends to be Barry on the phone, and they work out a deal to transfer Reuben to Darwell's possession for a briefcase full of money.
- Nina's mom cooks breakfast for Reuben and Nefley, and Nefley gets to hear about how vampires are just like normal people, only sick, and so on.
- Nefley still seems nervous and paranoid, but eventually he seems to come around to the idea that Nina and her friends aren't a threat to him. Nina's mom calls him a cab and sends him home with some shepherd's pie, which probably helps with his change of heart regarding vampires. Shepherd's pie is deliciously persuasive.
- Meanwhile, Dermid's in a world of suffering thanks to his transformation into vampire, and Barry is shouting and throwing things in the room where he's imprisoned. Fun times.
- Father Ramon comes over, and agrees to Reuben's idea to double-cross Forrest Darwell by leaving an anonymous tip-off that a drug transaction is happening where Darwell's supposed to meet Barry.
- Then Father Ramon goes to Nefley's place to retrieve the gun that was left there, and get the McKinnons' truck and hopefully use it to skip town once he learns his son is a vampire.
