Exactly how steamy is this story?

Because the main characters in Splendors and Glooms are children, there isn't a whole lot of steamy material to giggle over. The only references to romance are in the past—apparently, Grisini and Cassandra once had a thing (even though he was faking it), and Cassandra used her powers as a witch to enchant many handsome young men. A book about how Cassandra used magic to get all 48 of those men to fall in love with her would probably be a much steamier read.
