The Sixth Sense Scene 26 Summary

  • Anna is showing a recently engaged couple some rings in her shop. Anna waxes philosophic about objects that have passed from owner to owner. Apparently, she sells antiques and estate jewelry.
  • Anna's employee—looks like the same guy who visited the house earlier and tried to get Anna to come out and play—comes upstairs, and she gives him a birthday present.
  • They embrace and seem close to kissing, but the glass on the storefront breaks before they can.
  • We see Malcolm storming away from the shop. We transition to Malcolm telling Cole he has to stop seeing him so he can focus on his own family.
  • Cole isn't having it, though. He begs Malcolm not to "fail" him. Where'd we hear that one before?
  • Cole thinks Malcolm's the only one who can help him. However, in all this, it comes out that Malcolm doesn't even believe his secret.
