The Sixth Sense Scene 3 Summary

  • Things are getting frisky. The couple heads upstairs to the bedroom. Looks like things are going to take a real "Rated R" turn.
  • Or...maybe not. Suddenly, they realize that their bedroom window is broken. Someone is in the house. Yikes, that pretty much killed the mood. So to speak.
  • Malcolm discovers the intruder half-naked in their bathroom.
  • Malcolm tells his wife not to move and starts talking to the guy calmly, trying to dial down the drama factor of the situation.
  • The guy says he wants what Malcolm promised him. Wait, what?
  • Well, it appears that this guy's a former patient. The intruder is very emotional. Malcolm remembers him: Vincent Gray.
  • Malcolm describes what he remembers of Vincent. From that list, Vincent says Malcolm left off "cursed." Hmm, wonder what that means?
  • Well, at the very least, it seems that Vincent doesn't think Malcolm helped him very much. Or at all. And he tells him so.
  • Malcolm apologizes and offers to try to help. Unfortunately, Vincent doesn't seem interested in apologies. He shoots Malcolm and then himself.
