Absolute Convergence vs. Conditional Convergence Examples

Show that the series  converges.

There are two ways to do this, both short. We could say that the original series converges because

multiplication by a constant doesn't affect convergence, and  converges by the p-test.

Or we could say that since  converges by the p-test and

the original series converges absolutely (which implies that it converges).
