- Evan says: "Can you please not point your gun in my face?" And Cassie says, "Dude, who are you?" (These are not direct quotes.)
- Evan falls over. He's injured. Badly.
- Cassie's briefly contemplating letting him bleed out. Then she decides to treat his injuries.
- She takes off his pants. It's a little awkward.
- She examines his naked butt (!). It has a lot of shrapnel wounds.
- Evan explains that he killed the four shooters. Cassie asks if he's a Silencer or if he's human. Evan says he's definitely human.
- He answers her remaining questions honestly. Yes, he killed the people she found on the interstate right before she was shot.
- Also, he shot Cassie in the leg. Understandably, she's not too happy about this.
- Cassie wants to know why he didn't kill her. He can't answer to her satisfaction. He says he was killing people because he was afraid they were aliens.
- He also apologizes.
- Cassie puts the gun to his head. Evan passes out.
