Flora and Ulysses Chapter 27 Summary

The World in All Its Smelly Glory

  • When Ulysses hears it's eating time, he gets excited, and lifts his head out of the box and looks around.
  • The world is full of beautiful colors, sounds, and smells, and Ulysses loves looking at the trees, dirt, dogs, and everything else they pass by. Everything except for cats, that is; those felines are mean.
  • He wishes he could tell Flora what he sees and how amazing it is, so he looks up at her.
  • Flora tells him to keep his eyes peeled for any malfeasance, though, and so he does.
