Butterfly Rape
- On Monday, Kizzy arrives at school to find that there is a new student in her class—and he's the hottest guy she's ever seen.
- Kizzy, Evie, and Cactus are totally ogling him, but they figure that they'll never ever get a chance to talk to him since he'll probably have some cute girl perched on his lap by lunchtime.
- But at lunchtime, when Kizzy and her friends go to have a smoke, the new boy approaches and says hello to her. He also tells her that cigarettes will kill her—and then proceeds to take a drag off of her cigarette. Okay…
- The new boy says that his name is Jack Husk and tells her that he just moved to town to take care of his uncle's Christmas tree farm until after the holidays. Apparently his uncle just died.
- The girls go back to class after lunch, but they're all in a tizzy about having talked to the hottest boy in the whole school.
- After school, Jack approaches Kizzy and asks if she'll help him shop for new clothes. Of course she says yes right away.
- As they're leaving campus, Jack overhears some girl call Kizzy "Butterfly Rape" and asks what that's all about.
- She gets embarrassed but explains to him that she once spoke up in class and mentioned that other animals are capable of atrocities, too—for example, butterflies rape and other animals murder each other.
- Jack doesn't seem put-off by her creepy nickname, so they enter a thrift store where Kizzy helps him pick out new clothes.
- She dresses him up like the sexy poet of her dreams, and he buys her a pretty scarf.
- They walk toward their homes, reaching the Christmas tree farm where Jack is staying first. When they get there, the dog—which has always been super nice to Kizzy—freaks out and starts growling aggressively at Jack. Well that's odd…
- Kizzy ignores this strange behavior, though, and bids Jack farewell before heading back home.
