How It All Goes Down

- Leo and Raisa's train arrives in Voualsk. They sneak into the woods and change into clothes befitting two people who just got back from a hiking trip.
- Then, when Leo and Raisa take off their clothes, something magical happens. This married couple—who seemed to be enemies just months ago–"consummate this new relationship" (4.40.8).
- Their afternoon delight partaken, the couple returns home. Leo finds a note from Nesterov telling him to immediately come to his office with all of his documents on the case. It's a trap.
