- When Wahoo wakes up in the morning, Tuna is memorizing the Latin names of bats and Mickey is out hunting.
- There is an airboat motor running and he figures it is taking Derek to a hospital.

- He finds out that Tuna has run away before but always returns and believes her mother is going to leave her dad.

- Right after Mickey shows up with two snakes he caught, Link walks over looking for Derek who is now missing.
