In Which I Wake Up
- Like the title of the chapter helpfully states, Cam wakes up in the hospital. He's not dead yet, it seems.
- But now there's an afroed dwarf peering into his face, and it's not a hallucination like he initially thinks—it's Gonzo.
- Apparently Gonzo (and his mom) are raging hypochondriacs, so he's in the hospital to make double-sure that he doesn't have mad cow disease as well.
- Gonzo is really into Star Fighter (which seems like a mash-up of Star Wars with Norse mythology) and Captain Carnage, the video game.
